We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned.


Many of our items are vintage, archival, limited, or one-of-a-kind, and are sold as-is. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Damages & Order Issues



Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.


If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Timeless@jaestial.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, work with you to resolve it.


Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
